  • 2. Remove the old tensioner with tools and clean the dust and oil near the tensioner to ensure the installation quality of the new tensioner.
  • 3. Install the new tensioner on the belt, making sure that the roller shaft of the tensioner is aligned with the center of the belt.
  • 4. Adjust the tension of the tensioner to keep it within the appropriate range.
  • 5. Finally, reinstall the tensioner cover and oil pipe, making sure to tighten the screws to prevent the tensioner from loosening.
