We make things easy for you, you will enjoy a 30-day free return (within the US) after receiving your items!

In other regions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we will gladly sort out a solution for you. Once you want to return or refund the order, please Contact Us and our agents will contact you in 1-2 business days.

The return process

1. Contact us 

Contact our Customer Service via email or website, prepare the proof of purchase and the reason of return.

For wholesale orders, please contact directly for faster service.

2. Return & Refund

    If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

    Matters needing attention

    All returned items should include the following:

    •  Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

    •  Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

    •  All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

    •  All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.


    *Return Policy Exceptions

    1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.

    2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    3.For orders above $100 or orders except for the United States, return shipping fee is not responsible by the Harfington, you can use your shipping method and at your own cost.

    4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

    5.Defective Items or Wrong Items.If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it

    6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

    7.Larger Items.Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

    8.For non-quality issues(such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

    9.For wholesale orders, due to the special discount, 30% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded. Any questions about order cancelation, please contact us.
