In fine operations such as clamping and picking, it can accurately exert force without causing problems such as bending of the tweezer tip or overall deformation, ensuring the stability of operation and the durability of the tool.
The tweezers are treated with edge pressing technology, which enhances the clamping force and structural stability of the tweezers. The force is evenly applied during clamping, and it is not easy to loosen. At the same time, the tweezers have been polished to a smooth and delicate surface, which not only enhances the visual texture of the product, but also reduces the adhesion of dust, is waterproof and corrosion-resistant, is not easy to rust, and is convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
