[Installation] 1.Disconnect the battery and remove the trunk interior trim panels. 2.Locate the trunk latch assembly (usually near trunk lid's edge) and disconnect electrical connector. 3.Position the new actuator in place, reconnect the linkage/rod, then restore all the electrical connection. 4.Reconnect the car battery and test the trunk latch using the key fob, interior button, or manual release to ensure proper operation, reattach the trim panel if liftgate door latch actuator works well.

2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
