If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

HELP:

I plan to install a level controller to a contactor and then connect it to the BOX.

How do I install the L and N cables that go from the CONTACTOR to the BOX? So that the level controllers work.

Other brands of BOX enclosures clearly identify the numbers and colors where they will be installed; for example:
Number 4, black, is the common input.
Number 5, blue, is the running or working coil.
Number 6, brown, is the starting coil.

Number 3, green and yellow, is the pump's ground. It is located on top of the green and yellow power cable.
In the case of the Harfinton BOX enclosure, number 3 corresponds to number 6 on the strip where the power input is installed (numbers 1 and 2), which will power the pump.

They have been conveniently identified by several brands:
