2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. All returned items should include the following:

Made a substantial order. No indication on website that items were out of stock nor any email outlining this. Waited 2 weeks before I sent an email to confirm order, to receive a reply email stating that the items were out of stock and will be a further 2 week wait.
6 weeks later.... I sent another email, as no notifications nor emails from Harfington were received.
It took a further 3 weeks to cancel my order..
They'll take you money and hold on to it, untrustworthy communications / company which rely on cheap Chinese alternatives.
