This milling cutter is made of tungsten steel (carbide), which has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. These properties extend tool life and keep end mills' edge, helping to improve cutting accuracy and efficiency.
Corn-shaped cutting edge, diamond-shaped cutting teeth, fishtail-shaped cutting tip, CNC router bits integrating drilling and milling. This manufacturing process effectively reduces cutting resistance, minimizes vibration during processing and reducing errors caused by tool vibrations, ensuring a smoother cutting process without damage.
This flat end mill is frequently used in PCB circuit boards, various CNC milling machines, woodworking CNC tools, and engraving machine tools. In addition, it is also suitable for cast iron, copper, carbon steel, alloy steel, pre-hardened steel, and hardened steel—processing of metal materials.
Most end mills are clamped using spring clamps, to prevent the end mill from gradually protruding from the tool holder or even falling completely, we recommend that the end mill handle and tool holder be removed before clamping the end mill, clean the inner hole with cleaning fluid and dry it before clamping.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
