Anti-pinch Learning: 1. After the switch is installed, press the down button until the glass reaches the bottom. 2. Press the up button until the glass reaches the top and stalls. Do not release your hand during the process; hold it for 3 seconds. Then the learning process is completed. Before installing the window switch, please turn off the power first, check that the plug matches, and remove excess dust.
How to use:Easy to Install: Turn off the power before installation. Please pay attention to the mating plug before installing the switch, and clean the excess dust. Installation Step: 1. Carefully pry out the old switch with a skid plate; 2. Pull the plug from the old switch; 3. Connect the new switch to the wiring harness; 4. Finally, attach it to the window switch bezel bracket.
Matching Method: Two people are working simultaneously. Press the small switch in the corresponding position of the car and the button in the corresponding position of the main switch in the driver's seat. Simultaneously raise it to the top and hold for 2 seconds. Then, lower it to the bottom and hold for 2 seconds. The match is successful. 2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.
5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.
6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.
7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
