About This Item
  • Size - Diameter: 75mm / 3"; arbor size: 22mm / 7/8"; thickness: 0.5mm / 0.02"; number of teeth: 108 teeth; hardness: HRC63-65
  • Material - The high-speed steel saw blades are high hardness, good toughness and wear resistance. Black nitride coating greatly improves the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
  • Feature - Provides better lubricant application, smoother drilling. It is more durable and corrosion resistant. Choose a fine-toothed circular saw if cutting thin plates, or a coarse-toothed circular saw if cutting thicker plates to accommodate more chips between the teeth.
  • Application - The milling cutter is mainly used for groove processing or cutting 45# steel, copper, iron, aluminum, alloy, plastic and wood. The sharp tooth edge makes the cutting smooth, fast and easy.
  • Note - Used on miter saws, table saws, hand saws and sawing machines. After the saw blade is installed, it should be idling for a few minutes to ensure that there is no movement, swing and shake. Do not apply excessive lateral pressure and curve cutting.

Product Description:
  1. Choose a fine-toothed circular saw if cutting thin plates, or a coarse-toothed circular saw if cutting thicker plates to accommodate more chips between the teeth.
  2. The high-speed steel saw blades are high hardness, good toughness and wear resistance. Black nitride coating greatly improves the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Provides better lubricant application, smoother drilling. It is more durable and corrosion resistant.
  3. The milling cutter is mainly used for groove processing or cutting 45# steel, copper, iron, aluminum, alloy, plastic and wood. The sharp tooth edge makes the cutting smooth, fast and easy.
  4. Used on miter saws, table saws, hand saws and sawing machines. After the saw blade is installed, it should be idling for a few minutes to ensure that there is no movement, swing and shake. Do not apply excessive lateral pressure and curve cutting, and the feed should be smooth.
  5. Note: The saw blade is thinner, the cutting force is smaller, and the cutting will be easier. The thicker the milling cutter, the higher the strength, but the greater the cutting force, the more difficult it is to cut. Wear protective equipment when working.
