  • Material - Made of super fine grain carbide, the end mill cutter has high hardness (HRC92), high strength, wear resistance, and bending resistance. With good milling and cutting performance, carbide can run at higher speed than high-speed steel.
  • Features - Square end cut, 3-flute design, large and spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting. Titanium coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, greatly improves wear resistance and hardness.
  • Applications - Suitable for cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, malleable cast iron, alloy steel, die steel, tool steel etc.. The end mill has an extended neck (long reach) that provides additional reach and clearance for machining deep or hard-to-reach areas.

  3. Suitable for cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, malleable cast iron, alloy steel, die steel, tool steel etc.. The clearance part is the same as the cutting diameter, specially designed for machining deep holes and deep grooves. Used for groove machining, side milling and finishing.
  4. Use on CNC machining centers, CNC machine tools, precision engraving machines and other equipment. Universal chamfered round shank for easier clamping and stable cutting process.The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck, the better.
  5. Notice: If the clamping length is shorter, you need to lower the feed rate and cutting speed to reduce vibration and extend the tool life.
