If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

Hinge repair

Delivery was quick, tubing is a really good fit inside each other so the quality and precision is there, I used the different sizes as sleeves inside each other to make replacement rollers for cabinet doors, original rollers made out of some sort of resin just self destructed over time, these cabinet door hinges are not cheap and hard to find so I made new rollers using the stainless tubing, good product I would recommend it quality wise to anybody.
