The Phillips drive has an x-shaped slot that accepts a Phillips driver and is designed to allow the driver to slip out of the head to help prevent over-tightening and damage to the thread or fastener.
Flat head is cone shaped for use in countersunk holes and has a flat top that fits flush with the mated surface.
Machine screws are threaded fasteners that are typically used with nuts or drilled and tapped (threaded) holes.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
