Just plug to play, also, it organizes your fan cords great.

Application:
Mainly used for extension ports of the CPU fans. Widely used for the computer internal components, such as the LED fans or RGB fans, the pump and chassis, etc..

NOTE:
One end of the header connects to the CPU fan. The other end of the 4 splitters function for converting or testing.
The header of the 4 pin wire is the RPM sensor wire, and the three of the 3 pin headers get power and the PWM speed control.
