The magnet fell out of one of my windows and I could not find it. I tried to get a part from ADT. They at first listened and said they were going to send me what I needed. They sent the completely wrong thing which I had to return. Then they said that they were not authorized to allow me to get what I really needed because the technician from ADT had to come out and install it. Again, all I needed was a magnet. I found your company and your item online. I trimmed magnet case and I stuck it in the hole in the window. Now I have four more magnets to use in case a magnet falls out of another window. Your merchandise is of good quality and you might include in the product description the idea that if the person only needs a magnet, this item will work. The magnet can be fitted into the existing hole in the window. Thanks.
