Descriptions:

1. These high precision chrome steel balls are hot forged from bar stock.
2. Modern furnaces with precisely controlled atmospheres and temperatures are used for heat treating to assure uniform hardness and proper microstructure for each steel ball.
3. Ball hardness is controlled within the 60-63 HRC range as measured on parallel flat surfaces.
4. Bearing balls are used for semi-precision bearings, and in commercial applications such as casters, locks, and drawer slides.
5. Other applications for steel bearing balls include drawer slides, door locks.

Notice: Watch out for rust, store in a dry place. Conditions such as high humidity or prolonged time outdoors can cause rusting.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
