I bought these eight 1,000 watt 8 ohm resistors so I can build a 1 ohm resistor bank to be able to test large car audio amplifiers. I bought a 9th one for destructive testing which it has handled 2,000 watt bursts with no issues so far. Shipping was pretty fast with ordering 8 of them since I was able to get the free UPS air mail shipping so it only took about a week to get here in Virginia straight from China. I am extremely happy with them so far!
