The electroplated diamond is uniform and more wear-resistant. The diamond drill bit achieves high precision and smooth cuts without edge breakage. Made of high-quality alloy steel, with good toughness and high strength.
Suitable for cutting accurate holes on glass, ceramic, tile, porcelain, marble, stone bottles and pots. Not suitable for drilling tempered glass, plastic and wood.
The diamond hole saw with clearance hole facilitates the entry of cooling water and the escape of chips from the drilled hole. Makes the drilling process easier. The cutting is flat and smooth without scratches.
Diamond coating maximizes performance and retains a sharper cutting edge than traditional carbide or bimetal hole saws. Nickel plating on these bits maximizes your tools life with great resistance to corrosion.
Use at low drilling speeds and drilling pressure. Always work with coolant (water) when drilling. Not suited for concrete or depth beyond about 1/2 inch.
Before the hole is opened, the diamond drill bit is adjusted without jumping, the hole should be entered smoothly, and no side pressure is applied. Pay attention to wearing equipment during operation.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
