Drawn cup needle roller bearings are used to bear radial load and reduce the friction between rotating parts. The low cross-section of drawn cup needle roller bearings can provide maximum load carrying capacity in the smallest space drawn cup bearings can be easily pressed into the bearing housing.
The drawn housing acts as a raceway for the rollers, which are retained in the bearing through the drawn housing. It has high radial load capacity and low cost advantage.
Application areas include transmissions, gearboxes, valve components, directional and brake systems, axle supports, outboard engines, power tools, copying machines, paper transfer equipment, etc.
