    If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

    Matters needing attention

    All returned items should include the following:

    •  Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

    •  Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

    •  All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

    •  All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

     

    *Return Policy Exceptions

    1.Original shipping fee and handling fees are non-refundable.

    2.Return shipping fee is not responsible by the Harfington, you can use your shipping method and at your own cost.

    3.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

    4.Defective Items or Wrong Items.If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it

    5.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

    6.Larger Items.Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

      • KSD9700 product is a kind of thermostat which adopt the bimetal disc as the temperature sensing element. The bimetal disc is in free state and the contacts are closed when the electrical appliance is working in normal condition.When the ambient temperature raises to the preset operating temperature, the contacts open as the bimetal disc deforms to jump when being heated, then the circuit is cut off to control the temperature .Then the contacts will close automatically to cut on the circuit when the electrical appliance is cooled down to the reset temperature.Widly used in home appliance’s motor and electrical equipment, such as air conditioner motor, transformer, thermal appliances, etc.

      Precautions :
      1. Never collapse or deform the plastic or metal shell so as not to affect the performance.
      2.It is not suitable for air temperature sensing, only applies to contact sensing.
      3. Metal shell case is conductive which needs to be used with the insulating sleeve. The insulating sleeve is aim to electrically isolated and protect from electrical leakage so please keep the insulating sleeve stay in place.
      4. When installation, the Thermostat shall be clingy with the equipment surface to avoid inaccurate temperature sensing.
