PT100 thermocouple sensors are used for temperature measurement and control. Stainless Steel temperature controller temperature sensor can be used to measure temperature and are widely used as temperature sensors for temperature measuring instruments. Mainly used for temperature measurement of science use, industrial use, engine, also used in families, etc.

Temperature sensor, is in size of : 5mm x 100mm/0.2 inch x 4 inch(D*L) probe size, 2m/6.6ft cable length, -50 to 500°C(-58 to 932°F) measuring temperature, the probe is made of stainless steel, mounting thread, NPT1/8 inch, 3-wire connection, positive red, negative blue.

Is there any advantages of the product?
PT100 thermocouple is mainly used for low temperature measurement with high accuracy. PT100 thermocouple sensors, with high precision, accurate measurement, fast response time, can quickly measure temperature; Thermocouples can be used for different types of temperature measuring equipment and instruments, such as temperature controllers, digital thermocouple thermometer, hvac digital gauges, lab digital thermometers, etc.

How to use it?
Steps of installation: In order to reduce the measurement error, the thermocouple should have enough insertion depth. No additional power supply is required for thermocouple measurement, which is very convenient to use

What should I notice?
When selecting a thermocouple, the measured temperature range should be taken into consideration. Due to different usage environments, it can be used for a long time at temperatures below 400°C, but can only be used for a short time at temperatures between 400-500°C, otherwise it will affect product life.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
