--- The square nose end mill is suitable for creating flat-bottomed slots, pockets, or profiles. Used for machining aluminum, aluminum alloy, copper, plastic, and wood. The end mill can be used with CNC milling machines, router machines, and engraving machines.
--- This end mill is designed with an extended neck (long reach) to provide extra reach and clearance for machining deep or hard-to-reach areas. Square cutting edges allow for efficient, precise milling operations, and 2 flutes help improve chip evacuation and reduce the chance of clogging during working.
--- The ultra-fine grain carbide provides excellent hardness (HRC90), wear resistance, good toughness, high strength, and good thermal stability (heat resistance). Designed without additional coatings, it is commonly used in a variety of general purpose milling applications.. --- Make sure the end mil is securely seated and tightened. Use an appropriate coolant or lubricant to enhance chip evacuation and heat dissipation. If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
