Heat-treated tungsten carbide tips provide excellent hardness and toughness, wear resistance and heat resistance for long-lasting performance and extended tool life. The sprayed coating has a smooth, even surface that resists rust and corrosion. Adopts 45# carbon steel shank, which has good strength, durability and sufficient rigidity.
The spur help guide it through wood and ensure accurate start holes, reducing slippage. The head adopts arc curve design for easy chip-removal, more efficient perforation. It can drill precise, smooth, and neat holes without burrs.
The forstner bit is suitable for softwood, hardwood, solid wood, plywood, coated particle board, laminate and MDF. Easily drills flat-bottomed and pocket holes with precise, smooth finish. Widely used for furniture joints and woodworking projects, such as mortise joints, dowels, hinge cups, shelf pin, pocket screw.
Used with handheld drills, drill presses, CNC routers, and lathes. Hex shank grips the chuck or extension adapter securely and increases torque transmission, reducing slippage inside the chuck. Recommended to use on desktop (fixed) equipment. Always keep the forstner bit firmly in place when drilling.
Note: Do not drill metal and non-ferrous metals. Make sure there are no nails or other metal objects in the wood before drilling. If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
