Twist drill bit adopts a spiral flute chip space design to remove chips quickly and cleanly. Cutting edges provide neat and smooth cuts. Use an appropriate lubricant (such as cutting fluid or oil) to reduce friction and heat build-up.
M35 cobalt high-speed steel drill bits offer improved hardness, wear resistance, and higher strength. 6542 (M2) high speed steel taps offer excellent heat resistance, high hardness and good toughness for durability and service life. Roasted yellow finish on drill bit effectively removes oxidation on the metal surface, and increases its corrosion resistance. Titanium coated tap has enhanced hardness, corrosion and rust resistance, heat resistance, and reduces friction.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
