TiSiN (Titanium Silicon Nitride) coating offers high hardness, excellent oxidation resistance, and improved toughness. 0.6µm micro-grain carbide mill bits has high hardness, high wear resistance, high strength, enhanced rigidity and high temperature resistance. It is a milling cutter for high hardness and high-speed cutting applications.
Fully ground mirror body with high smoothness, 35 degree large helix angle for effective deburring and polishing, larger core diameter is not easy to break the edge. Large spiral design helps effectively remove chips during cutting, reducing clogging and improving chip evacuation. Precision ground cutting edges for clean, precise cuts.
Square end mill can create slots (keyways or internal grooves), straight or square edge features, flat smooth surfaces, holes or for roughing, finishing and side milling operations. Suitable for high-speed machining and can process a variety of materials, including hardened steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
Applicable machines: CNC machining center, engraving machine, precision engraving machine and other high-speed machines. Universal chamfered round shank, good compatibility and easy to use. The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck, the better.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
