Remove the bottom dash cover by pulling down from the front, and then pulling the panel straight out towards the seat. Disconnect the harness on resistor mounted to the blower motor unit. Remove the screws that secure the blower motor resistor. Replace the resistor, plug the harness after fix the screw.And reinstall the panel and glove box.
