- Aluminum oxide is a durable and hard material that lasts longer than other types of sandpaper. It has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures without losing its abrasive properties. Aluminum oxide sandpapers provide consistent, even sanding action for an even, smooth sanding finish.
- Hook & loop connection sanding pads can be quick and easy to install and remove, and provide a secure hold. Can easily change the pads just in seconds. Hook & loop pads offer convenience, reliability and efficiency.
- Multitool sandpapers are suitable for wood, metal, plastics, and fiberglass, great for general grinding, polishing and sanding. Widely used in woodworking, auto repair, metalworking and general finishing surfaces. Triangular sandpapers provide better access to tight spaces and ensures efficient sanding of corners and edges.
- The hook & loop sandpapers can work with a hand sanding block, an orbital sander, an oscillating tool or a detail sander. Choose the appropriate grit size based on your specific sanding needs. Coarse grits are good for initial rough grinding or removing tough material, while finer grits are used to achieve a smoother surface. Start with a coarse grit and gradually move to finer ones for a refined result.

The return process

Contact our Customer Service via email [email protected] or website, prepare the proof of purchase and the reason of return.
For wholesale orders, please contact directly [email protected] for faster service.
2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
*Return Policy Exceptions
1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.
2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.
4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.
5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.
6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.
7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your wholesale order has been produced and is being processed, 30%~60% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded.
