MATERIAL: The wall flange is made of 304 stainless steel with mirror polished finish, durable, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant.
EASY TO INSTALL: Split design, easy installation, can be installed around the pipe without dismantling the existing valve. With self-adhesive tape on the back, which can be directly attached to the wall without additional tools.
APPLICATION: When the pipe passes through the wall, it leaves a gap. It can be decorated with an escutcheon plate. Widely used in heating pipes, water pipes, gas pipes, angle valves, faucets, radiators, drain pipes, etc.
Note: 1. This escutcheon plate is only suitable for sticking on smooth walls, it may slip off when sticking on rough surfaces. 2. Please confirm the size before purchasing. The size in the title is the product's inner diameter (applicable pipe diameter).

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
