Material - Made of 304 stainless steel(rivet body) and iron(mandrel) material, with high strength, corrosion resistance and fit for use indoors and outdoors.

Feature - Easy connection component than screws. Connect two pieces of material in a quick efficient manner with a hand riveter or pneumatic rivet tool. If the component only is accessible from one side, a riveted joint must be the best method of choice.

Applications - Blind rivets are great used in applications where there is no access to the rear(blind side) of the joint. Commonly used in machinery, furniture, RV, ship, construction and other scenes to make high-strength joining in a range of materials. Typically, the process is used for joining plastic or sheet metal.

Install Step - To use a blind rivet, a hole is first drilled through the parts to be joined. The blind rivet is inserted through the hole and is set with a riveting tool(mechanical or pneumatic); Setting and gripping the mandrel with the tool and pulling backward, while deform the rivet body to expand and grip the parts to be joined. The mandrel would break off at the pre-determined breaking point once the deformation is finished.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your wholesale order has been produced and is being processed, 30%~60% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded.
