Applications & Features:
--- Widely used for light cuts, repair work, stock removal or just to enlarge holes. Suitable for cutting or removing the thin layer of metal on the surface of processed holes, mainly to improve the accuracy of the hole and reduce the surface roughness. Precision reaming for stainless steel, aluminum, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, tool steel, plastic, and wood, etc. Used on lathes, drill presses and screw machines.
--- High-speed steel chucking reamers have high hardness, good toughness, wear resistance. Only the base substrate without any additional coatings, good for general purpose applications. Straight flute tools allow chips to collect in the flutes. The universal round shank can be used in a variety of tool holding systems.

Useful Tips:
--- Reamers have one or more teeth. The holes machined by the reamer are with precise size and shape. Cutting oil is lubrication, cooling and anti-sticking. Add appropriate cutting oil for higher quality holes and more durable reamers. The cutting angle should be 90 degrees vertical and stable.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.

2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your wholesale order has been produced and is being processed, 30%~60% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded.
