Product Description:

304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, rust prevention, high hardness, and excellent oxidation resistance. It is austenitic stainless steel, which is non-magnetic or slightly magnetic. With self-tapping sleeves, the same screw can be used continuously.
Features a certain of elastic, and provides an even load on the thread. Wire thread inserts have self-tapping capability without pre-tapping the base metal. Large contact surface with finished products, strong tensile force. Strong resistance to vibration, no deformation.
Greatly improve the strength and wear resistance of threaded connections, prevent thread loosening and slippage, and repair damaged internal threaded holes. Mainly used for various low-strength metal and non-metal materials, such as aluminum, magnesium, cast iron, plastic, rubber, MDF, ceramics, fiberglass, wood.
When the installation amount is small, take the corresponding bolts + nuts, fix the thread insert on the screw and fix it with the same type of nut to make the three in one. Use a wrench to screw the threaded insert into the bottom hole and remove the screw.
When the installation amount is large, use special installation tools to install. Drill holes with the appropriate size drill bit, then tap with the same size tap as the bolt. Put the screw sleeve on the installation tool and adjust the height of the pipe position. Gently screw the screw sleeve into the hole until the end of the screw sleeve is between 1/2 and 1/4 of the plane of the screw hole. Twist the crossed wires with the break tool instead of the installation tool.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
