This corundum grinding stone has high hardness, toughness, and good stability. Suitable for grinding of medium and high tensile strength metal materials.
It is widely used for rough grinding of ordinary steel, such as carbon steel with low hardness, general alloy steel, malleable cast iron, hard bronze, cutting tools, workpieces, etc. Also for form grinding.
Can be installed on electric tools such as grinders, grinding machines to deburring, surface grinding, time-saving.
When grinding metal, soak the grinding wheel in water for about 3 minutes, the grinding effect will be more delicate and smooth.

Tips

The new corundum grinding bit should be tried at a low speed before use. If there is a jumping problem, do not continue to use it.
Please press gently and avoid shaking. The corundum grinding bit is used to grind workpieces. If excessive force is applied, the grinding powder is not easy to remove.

2. Return & Refund

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.

2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your wholesale order has been produced and is being processed, 30%~60% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded.
