Metal card is not easy to deform, fold, or bent. Rectangle shape with R2 chamfer round corners design.
Commonly used for: Nameplate, door plate, trophy plaques, desk tag, label tag, serial number tag, metal sign and many other crafting needs. Suitable for: Laser engraving and can also be used for digital sublimation, stamping, and other engraving methods.

Notice:

Since our metal cards were cut from a big metal sheet, the edges could not ensure smooth completely. Please wear gloves to sand the edges by using fine sandpaper or a grinding wheel before you process the cards.
Only one side is covered with a protective film(Remove the protective film when using), please print or engrave words on this side; Due to the surface treatment process of the raw material, the other side cannot be covered with protective film. So it probably left slight abrasion during the transportation(It is not recommended to print and engrave words on this side). Please kindly noted that before you place an order.

2. Return & Refund

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.

1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.

2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your wholesale order has been produced and is being processed, 30%~60% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded.
