It guides and redirects the belt around various engine components, prevents the belt from rubbing or jumping off pulleys. It reduces belt vibration and wear, absorbs vibration from the spinning belt, prolonging belt and component life.
[Reliable Quality] 6 Groove, adopt with robust steel materials to withstand constant friction, heat, and mechanical stress, high strength enough to resists warping under tension, and handles heat well. Sealed Ball Bearing for smooth rotation, resists dirt/moisture, prolong the service life. Please check and replace the idler pulley when met issue like belt damage, belt chirping at startup or acceleration, visible wobbling when the engine runs etc.
[Installation] 1. Disconnect the battery and cool engine. 2. Locate the bad idler pulley, relieve belt tension and slide the serpentine belt off the idler pulley. 3. Remove the center bolt and pull the old idler pulley. 4. Install the new idler pulley and reinstall the serpentine belt properly. 5. Reconnect the battery terminal, start the engine to check no noises or wobbling. Note: Check tensioner or belt alignment if belt squeals, check bolt if pulley wobbles.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
