2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

I sadly have these still sitting in their packaging unable to use them…reason why is the large bolt that goes into the wall does no have a head that can be screwed into the wall, the head of the bolt is a flat surface. Knowing this and looking at the make up of it should I have someone got a tradie to install, the whole door stopper would end up spinning on the wall. I had a tradie look at them and said it’s near impossible to install it so haven’t bothered. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Seeing they’re still in the packaging I would like a refund but unsure if this is even possible.
