Description
- The tweezers tip is made of a composite material of PC and carbon fiber, which is integrally formed. The material itself has excellent static dissipation ability and multiple advantages such as high strength and wear resistance. And it has a lightweight texture and good toughness, and will not scratch when in contact with fragile components such as glass diodes and flexible circuit boards.
- The handle of the tweezers is made of stainless steel, with high hardness, and is not easily deformed or broken. It can withstand batch operations at higher frequencies, and has a more stable center of gravity when held. It is also wear-resistant and scratch resistant, and long-term use is less likely to cause surface scratches, aging, and other problems.
- The surface has been polished, with a smooth and without burrs touch, and will not scratch hands or hook wires during operation. The polished surface forms a dense oxide film, which not only presents a simple and bright appearance, but also is not easy to rust after long-term use.

The return process

Contact our Customer Service via email [email protected] or website, prepare the proof of purchase and the reason of return.
For wholesale orders, please contact directly [email protected] for faster service.
2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
*Return Policy Exceptions
1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.
2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.
4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.
5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.
6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.
7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your wholesale order has been produced and is being processed, 30%~60% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded. Any questions about order cancelation, please contact us.
