Our impact sleeves are made of 45# steel and undergo secondary heat treatment, giving them high hardness, high strength, toughness, and excellent oxidation resistance, enabling them to withstand the high torque generated by high-pressure impact tools. The surface is phosphated, providing excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and rust prevention, ensuring they are not easily worn in high-friction environments.
Each socket features a pinhole base design, allowing for the insertion of a locking pin (NOT inluded) before use to enhance tightening force and provide additional stability and safety during use. The radiused 6-point opening design enables a tight and secure installation of hexagonal fasteners, allowing maximum torque to be applied while distributing force evenly across the fastener's surface, preventing the rounding of nuts and bolts under high torque.
The hex deep impact Socket can be used to install, remove and repair fastening bolts, axle nuts and bolts on cars, machines, home appliances, engines, etc. It is suitable for car repair, mechanical equipment repair, construction, carpentry, home repair, etc. It can be used with 1/2-inch square drive electric wrenches, ratchet wrenches, L-type wrenches, bending rods, etc.
Apply even pressure and grip the wrench firmly on the fastener to avoid stripping or rounding off the corners. Align the wrench properly with the fastener at the correct angle to ensure a secure fit and prevent slippage during operation.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
