How to Replace FYI: 1. apply parking brake, turn the front wheel all the way to the left, turn off vehicle and remove keys from ignition 2. remove Phillips screws in wheel well lagging to get access to washer tank 3. took an old plastic cutting board (thin flexible plastic) and fold into a U shape and place under washer pump/tank area, other end in bucket. If the tank is not drained, all but an inch of fluid will drain out when you pull the pump. 4. disconnect electrical connector, tuck out of the way. 5. tilt pump forward to free it from the top clip and pull it upwards out of the tank. you may have to pull the grommet to remove; washer fluid from tank ran down through "U" catch and into bucket. 6. remove hose from old pump, snip off 1/4 inch of the end that is deformed and brittle and attached to new pump. 7. insert new pump into washer tank and wipe up any fluid drips on / around tank. 8. attach electrical connector 9. turned on car, test pump; turn off car, remove keys from ignition. 10. replace wheel well lagging and Phillips screws. 11. refill washer tank, clean up work area.

2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
