If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

Bought these inexpensive post base covers for a new railing system on a current project. Hopefully they will hold up to the weather and last for years.

Good Product, Wrong Size for Me

The product is of excellent quality and would really be excellent for my use, however, I purchased this product for use on bare wooden 4X4 posts and it would appear that these skirts are for vinyl posts. It was not evident to me at the time I ordered them and it was probably my fault. I will add some sort of filler to make them fit.
