If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

Poor quality, and customer service.

My first order of the 51x39x6 snap gate O rings never got delivered, and I did not get a refund. The second order did show up, but the rings are smaller than advertised. They are not built well, and seem very cheep. One of them failed after only (2) days of use. I do not recommend this product or this company.
