WHAT YOU GET - The package comes with 3pcs LED tube cables that measure total length is 1.64-feet, max voltage is AC 250V, max current is 2.5A, cord diameter is 0.24-inch, height is 0.43-inch, L/N wire hole distance is 0.35-inch, ground to L/N wire hole distance is 0.28-inch.
RELIABLE MATERIAL - The outer layer of this tube is made of plastic, which provides high temperature resistance and a longer life cycle. In addition, fire-retardant copper wires are used inside to make sure the product become safer and more durable.
SPECIAL DESIGNED - This LED Tube Connector Round Cable is specially designed for end-to-end T5 T8 LED integrated tubes. A perfect solution for connecting the LED light strip to the controller or the light strip to the light strip.
KINDLY NOTE - Please inspect the specification image before purchasing. Because T5 and T8 bracket lamps do not have very specific standards, the hole spacing is also different.

The return process

Contact our Customer Service via email [email protected] or website, prepare the proof of purchase and the reason of return.
For wholesale orders, please contact directly [email protected] for faster service.
2. Return & Refund
If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.
Matters needing attention
All returned items should include the following:
• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)
• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
• All accessories, including cords, cases, transformers, parts, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, and other documents.
*Return Policy Exceptions
1.Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order.
2.If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.
4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.
5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.
6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.
7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.
8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
9.For wholesale orders According to the specific order situation, we provide different solutions. If your wholesale order is not finished production, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your wholesale order has been produced and is being processed, 30%~60% of the order amount will be used as a deposit and will not be refunded. Any questions about order cancelation, please contact us.
