Our impact sleeves are made of chrome-molybdenum (CR-MO) steel SCM-440. After cold forging, the surface is smooth and flat, and the hardness and toughness will be greatly enhanced, which can withstand the high torque generated by the impact tool under high pressure. It has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, stable performance, can be in a high friction environment for a long time, and has a long service life.
The surface of the sleeve is phosphated, which not only improves the lubrication effect and effectively reduces the friction loss between the sleeve and other parts, but also improves the rust resistance of the sleeve on the original basis, making it suitable for long-term use.
In addition, the concave hexagonal design can grasp the flat surface of the fastener instead of the corner, preventing the nut and bolt from rounding under high torque applications.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

3.For orders sent to the US and under $50, Harfington will provide the return label. For orders sent to other conturies or over $50, Harfington will not provide the return label.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
