The die handle wrench set can accurately cut, repair or clean male threads on rods, bolts, screws, pipes, shafts, and other cylindrical objects, or just remove bolts and threaded rods. Suitable for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal, or making new threads in soft material like plastic.
The die stock, also called die handle or die wrench, is made of zinc alloy steel for high hardness, strength and durability. Die wrench is designed with 5 adjustable screws to fix the dies. The die stock can securely hold round dies and is easy to operate. The ergonomic handle provides comfortable grip.
The round threading die is made of 9SiCr alloy tool steel, which has high hardness, high torque, wear resistance, and high tempering resistance. Conical lock hole, strong locking force and no loosening. The die surface is lubricated with grease to prevent rust.
Tips: The positioning groove of the die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the die wrench, and the screw should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole. Apply suitable cutting oil or lubricant to the workpiece and die to get smoother, cleaner threads. Apply even and consistent pressure while turning the die stock.

If you decide to return an item that is not defective, you’re eligible for a 30-day unconditional return since you’ve received it. Our Customer Service team will send you an address for receiving your return items, it takes 3-5 business days to process your return and issue the refund after our warehouse received the items.

Matters needing attention

All returned items should include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, plastics foam, bubble wrap, bags, etc.)

• Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

4.If our warehouse detect worn, damaged, or missing on the return items, Harfington reserve the rights to cancel the refund.

5.Defective Items or Wrong Items. If you receive an item that is wrong, defective, or broken, within 30 days of the date since you’ve received it, Harfington will exchange a new item to you or 100% refund it.

6.Non-returnable Items. Some of our products(eg. Customized product) are not under the service of 30-day unconditional returns. We will tag these products on the detail page and your orders.

7.Larger Items. Some items require special shipping and handling. Some larger items may require a freight carrier or may exceed the weight limits allowed, if you want to return a larger item, please contact our Customer Service.

8.For non-quality issues (such as personal reason) , customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
