2. Zusätzliche Rücksendungen: Wenn Sie weitere Rücksendungen aus derselben Bestellung vornehmen möchten, können Sie ein zusätzliches Etikett anfordern, und eine Versandgebühr von $5.99 wird von Ihrer endgültigen Rückerstattung abgezogen.

3. Bestellungen mit hohem Wert: Bei Bestellungen über $30 oder Bestellungen außerhalb der Vereinigten Staaten ist HARFINGTON nicht für die Rücksendegebühr verantwortlich; Sie müssen den Versand auf eigene Kosten und mit Ihrer eigenen Methode vornehmen.

4. Bewertung durch das Fulfillment Center: Rückerstattungen sind streng an die physische Überprüfung des Paketinhaltes und des Versandgewichts gebunden. Wenn unser Lager feststellt, dass zurückgesandte Artikel abgenutzt, beschädigt, unvollständig sind oder nicht dem Gewicht des Originalprodukts entsprechen (Betrug mit leeren Kartons), behält sich HARFINGTON das Recht vor, die Rückerstattung zu stornieren.

5. Defekte oder falsche Artikel: Wenn Sie einen falschen, defekten oder kaputten Artikel erhalten, melden Sie dies bitte innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt. HARFINGTON tauscht ihn gegen einen neuen Artikel um oder gewährt eine 100%ige Rückerstattung.

6. Fahrzeugkompatibilität & Passgenauigkeit Verantwortung: Kunden sind allein dafür verantwortlich, die Fahrzeugkompatibilität vor dem Kauf zu überprüfen. Wenn ein Artikel nicht passt, weil der Kunde unsere Fahrzeugauswahl-Tools umgangen oder das falsche Teil für seine spezifische Fahrzeugkonfiguration gekauft hat, wird die Rücksendung als Nicht-Qualitätsproblem (Persönlicher Grund) eingestuft.

7. Bundles & Werbekits: Artikel, die als Teil eines Bundles, eines Werbekits oder eines „Kaufe-eins-erhalte-eins-gratis“-Angebots gekauft wurden, müssen vollständig zurückgegeben werden. Bei genehmigten Teilrücksendungen wird der Erstattungsbetrag neu berechnet, indem der volle Verkaufspreis des/der behaltenen Artikel(s) vom Gesamtpreis des Bundles abgezogen wird.

8. Nicht-rückgabefähige Artikel: Ausgewählte Produkte (kundenspezifische Produkte, Ausverkaufsprodukte usw.) sind von der bedingungslosen 30-Tage-Rückgaberegelung ausgeschlossen. Diese Produkte werden auf ihren jeweiligen Detailseiten und in Ihren Bestelldetails explizit gekennzeichnet.

11. Großhandels- & Sonderanfertigungen: Kostenlose Rücksendungen und Rückerstattungen werden für Großhandels- oder Sonderanfertigungen nicht unterstützt. Darüber hinaus können bestimmte genehmigte Großhandelsrücksendungen einer Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von 30%–50% unterliegen. (Großhandelsbestellungen sind Bestellungen, die für Großhandelsrabatte qualifiziert sind)

5. Garantie

Sofern nicht explizit anders für ausgewählte Produkte mit einer 2–3-jährigen Garantie gekennzeichnet, sind alle berechtigten HARFINGTON Produkte durch eine standardmäßige 365-Tage-Garantie ab Lieferdatum abgedeckt.

Diese Garantie deckt Herstellungsfehler bei normaler und bestimmungsgemäßer Nutzung ab.
