2. Rückgabe & Rückerstattung

Wenn Sie einen Artikel zurückgeben möchten, der nicht defekt ist, haben Sie ein 30-tägiges, bedingungsloses Rückgaberecht, nachdem Sie ihn erhalten haben. Unser Kundenservice wird Ihnen eine Adresse für den Empfang Ihrer Rücksendung mitteilen. Die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung und die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises dauert 3-5 Werktage, nachdem unser Lager die Artikel erhalten hat.

 

Zu beachtende Punkte

Alle zurückgesandten Artikel sollten Folgendes enthalten:

- Originalverpackung (einschließlich Originalkarton, Schaumstoff, Luftpolsterfolie, Beutel usw.)

- Unversehrter Original-UPC-Strichcode. Wird der UPC-Code entfernt, kann der Rückgabeantrag nicht mehr bearbeitet werden.
