5. Defekte oder falsche Artikel: Wenn Sie einen falschen, defekten oder kaputten Artikel erhalten, melden Sie dies bitte innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt. HARFINGTON tauscht ihn gegen einen neuen Artikel um oder gewährt eine 100%ige Rückerstattung.

6. Fahrzeugkompatibilität & Passgenauigkeit Verantwortung: Kunden sind allein dafür verantwortlich, die Fahrzeugkompatibilität vor dem Kauf zu überprüfen. Wenn ein Artikel nicht passt, weil der Kunde unsere Fahrzeugauswahl-Tools umgangen oder das falsche Teil für seine spezifische Fahrzeugkonfiguration gekauft hat, wird die Rücksendung als Nicht-Qualitätsproblem (Persönlicher Grund) eingestuft.

7. Bundles & Werbekits: Artikel, die als Teil eines Bundles, eines Werbekits oder eines „Kaufe-eins-erhalte-eins-gratis“-Angebots gekauft wurden, müssen vollständig zurückgegeben werden. Bei genehmigten Teilrücksendungen wird der Erstattungsbetrag neu berechnet, indem der volle Verkaufspreis des/der behaltenen Artikel(s) vom Gesamtpreis des Bundles abgezogen wird.

8. Nicht-rückgabefähige Artikel: Ausgewählte Produkte (kundenspezifische Produkte, Ausverkaufsprodukte usw.) sind von der bedingungslosen 30-Tage-Rückgaberegelung ausgeschlossen. Diese Produkte werden auf ihren jeweiligen Detailseiten und in Ihren Bestelldetails explizit gekennzeichnet.
